Advent Activity Day 3 (with a better camera and photographer-my daughter) We learned about the original sin in the garden and how God loved his creation so much he provided for them even though they sinned. Afterall, Christmas is all about God providing for his children. And since their hearts hadn't trusted God and turned "cold" we made Snow Dough and Snow Clay.
Here is the snow clay. It is basically a soft homemade playdo.

And here is the snow dough, which is just a half a cup of hair conditioner mixed with 2 cups of baking soda (Note: It is supposed to feel like snow. I used one regular sized box which is 16 oz but it was really wet and sticky so I will double that next time.)
This was fun but I will try to find a scent free or a light scented conditioner when we make this again. The one we used has a strong scent that I don't like at all.)
Advent activity day 4 We learned about Noah and how God takes care of those who love him and we made bird seed ornaments to feed some of God's creatures.
